Will removing the tags from my collectible figurines reduce their value?
I collect wolves and dragons, and most of my stuff is poly resin figures and statues. Most of these collectibles have a cardboard tag tied onto them, be it the front paw of a wolf, or the tail or a dragon, etc. that certify that it is a hand painted figurine and all that stuff. as a collector, I have many of these statues and the tags hanging of bugs me. Will removing the tags lessen their value later?

When in doubt, leave them on. I think back to the Beanie Baby craze, if the tag on the ear was off, the stuffed animal was worth very little. I believe the same applies here. If you do anything that changes the figurine, it will reduce the value.
