where can I find dog tags with Swarovski crystals?

My friend told me she wanted dog tags with her initials on them that are made with Swarovski crystals. Does anyone know where I could find these or get them made?
I have been googling around and checking high fashion stores and jewelry stores but can't find much.

    check the store, or go to a ritzy place like neiman marcus or bloomingdales. they may have it, or some customizing places may do it for you.
