Where can I buy Homies and The Palermos Figures?

What retail stores and place can I buy the figurines of Homies and The Palermos little collectable figures. I have set 1 & 2 of the Homies which I bought at Newbury Comics but I'm not sure if they still sell those. Any clue as to where I can find these other than vending machines?
