Where can i buy Disney Figurines for the lowest price?

My best friend collects disney figurines and collectibles, and its her birthday next month and i really want to get her something like that. I looked at a couple websites and all the things are really expensive, and i don't have that kind of money. Thank you very much, i really appreciate all your answers

Try to browse at http://www.bid4rares.com/all/search/disney+figurines if you can find one to send to your best friend. You can search for the cheapest items that range from $1-5 or any amount you think you can afford.
