Should I own up to this????
long story short.....
I broke 6 expensive crystal figurines from my sisters collection by throwing a bouncy ball, i put the ball in my nephews hands (5 years old) and shouted my sister to come and look what my nephew had done. sister was furious, took my nephews favourite wresting doll of him and put it in the bin and when my nephew tried to say it was me she punished him for telling lies.
Would you have done the same thing?

No. Own up, apologize and do the right thing. I know you were scared, but to make a baby get in trouble is crap. You obviously want to do the right thing, so do it and take the consequence.
That was wrong, wrong, wrong!! How can you live with yourself getting your nephew in trouble twice, confess now and apologize tto your nephew and sister now, replace her figurines and I hope that they will forgive you. If you were miss sister or aunt I would have a hard time accepting your apology.
