opinions on where to get this tattoo?

this is a really special figurine, it was given by my mother to my grandmother and id like to get it as a tattoo. i have small angel wings on my back, and three small hearts on my right forearm. id like to get some ideas from others on where to put this its not going to be a huge tattoo i was thinking of putting it on my upper forearm possibly, my arms are kinda skinny, but i think it would fit nicely there. thoughts, opinions, and advice is appreciated
--i mean "where", as in on my body, not where in the country.

    Somewhere on your foot.. like the inside of your heel or something, depending on how big you want it.. maybe just above your ankle bone?

    That is so cute its look cool on your upper forearm or even back of neck lower neck, but i think the forearm is a good idea or foot goodluck :)
