is this a good gift for my sister..?

so i'm 27 and my sis is 29. Im buying her a gift for her first home she just bought. I'm throwing her a housewarming party. so for her gift i got her a really nice wind chime & cross crystal figurine.
i plan on also buying her other home stuff like frames or decorations. is this good enough? i mean i want to get her like a sentimental gift:wind chime & figurine and then some misc stuff...
