I just bought a gift for someone and I have a question?

This is the gift:

It just arrived today, and it came with the cheese shown in the picture. Should I freeze the cheese until christmas, or just buy some cheddar at the store last minute. I'm not sure if you can freeze it or not so let me know. Also if you can freeze it, at what point should I take it out of the freezer for it to be thawed by christmas?

    The cheese should be fine until christmas.. Its in a rhine so it would have a long life before it goes off. Hope this helps?

    I dont think freezing it is a good idea. Id just put it in the fridge.
