Do you think angel decor is tacky?
Yes, I'm a Christian. But I don't like having angels on the walls and on plates and figurines everywhere. To me, and just me, it's kind of tacky or something.
Does anyone agree or disagree and why?

A very good friend of mine is Christian and she has an angel theme in her home. I think the difference is between the tacky little plastic figurines or artistically sculptured representations of angels. Her home contains several one of a kind paintings of angels and several sculptures of angels but her home does not read as tacky at all. I would say it reads as regal. Her furnishings are mostly natural cream, wood, and gold tones. Her accents are bronze toned for the most part. It feels very French provincial in some ways. It must come down to a matter of good taste because I can think of several of her pieces that I wouldn’t mind having and I’m not into angels at all but they are beautiful!

It’s disrespectful, in my opinion. I mean, if you are a Christian, and you believe in angels and all that – well, to have them as "decorations" is highly disrespectful of their true meaning and station.
I feel the same way about people who have FLAGS everywhere. It’s very, very tacky and disrespectful. Plus, it’s actually ILLEGAL.
I like a more simplistic approach. I’m not a fan of having a lot of little trinkets and figurines.
Depends on how much, having one or two no problem, but it seems like you are talking about alot of angels, and lots of angels I agree with you, to much. Being Christian has nothing to do with it, tacky is tacky.

Yes, tacky. They are important beings but their figures don’t belong out on display because that is a form of worshiping them like the golden calf was. Everyone knows what happened after that!

it depends on how it looks. Having angles everywhere can be very tacky. But then again, done the right way and with the right kind, it can also look very nice

I’m a Christian too but the Bible doesn’t say to decorate your home with him. I mean sure it is nice to have like one nice painting or something of Jesus but you don’t even have to do that. Because angels are T-A-C-K-Y.
I think it could easily be tacky, but it might not be depending on the look.

An occasional angel like in a babies room of a baby angel in a picture isn’t bad but for the most part I find them tacky.
