Can anyone help me find this collectable Wizard Of Oz Figurine!?

My father bought my mom these collectable Wizard of Oz music box figurines in the 80s. However the place he bought them didn't have the Tinman. They told him they would order it. However it never arrived. All these years my mom has been missing the Tinman from the collection. My dad has searched all over for it with NO luck. on the bottom of them they say " (copyright) 1939 Loew's Ren. 1966. M.G.M. Seymour Mann. LIC". They are music box figurines. I cannot find any serial numbers on them.

I need the Tinman. I would really like to find it and get it for my mom.

    i live in wichita,kansas and we have a lot of stores at the malls and stuff and a bunch on tinman stuff but idk if its possible to find another old ’80s stuff so sorry but thats a little hard to find something like that
